Cancellation Policy
I require a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling notice for all appointments. I understand things come up, and I hope you understand that this is my livelihood. If it is a true emergency, communication goes a long way. Please let me know, ASAP, if you are unable to make your appointment. When a client fails to cancel or reschedule an appointment before the 24 hr window, the opportunity to refill that time slot has been lost. Late cancellations/rescheduling will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s). After three cancellations of reschedules, clients will be required to pre-pay (non-refundable) for any future services. Thank you for your support and understanding!
